Procedures

  1. Visit the Information Office and fill out the application form signed by the applicant, deliver the sample, specify the required tests and clarify the details of the sample.
  2. The employee shall give the samples code numbers to ensure the confidentiality and security of the information.
  3. The information officer shall fill in the receipt order form to collect the examination fees by the Department accountant, the party requesting the service shall be given a receipt.
  4. Samples shall be sorted and sent to the relevant division. The sample shall be prepared in accordance with the necessary sample preparation requirements for each test. The sample shall be kept in the laboratory for 24 hours at a temperature of 15-20°C before starting the required analyzes.
  5. Conduct tests according to the approved standards for each examination by authorized examiners.
  6. Issue a report of the results after the re-examination for 3 times to ensure accuracy so that the results are evaluated with the values ​​required by the examination specification to indicate the extent of their conformity.
  7. Verification of the examination by the head of division and the technical director.
  8. Sending results to the Department of Prevention and Self-Protection or the party requesting the examination.

  • Receipt of a letter from the company if the tests are sent directly from the company.
  • Prevention Department letter if the tests are for importing materials to the country.
  • Certificate of country of origin in case of dry powder testing.
